How long does order processing take?
We know you're excited to receive your order, so we work diligently to process it as swiftly as possible. Typically, order processing takes around 1-5 business days. Rest assured, our team is committed to getting your artistic treasure ready for its journey to you.

How long does shipping take?
At Art Intelligence Shop, we understand that anticipation is part of the fun. Once your order is processed, here's an approximate timeline for shipping:

- Artwork: 5-10 business days
- Apparel & Phone Cases: 3-5 business days

Please keep in mind that shipping times are approximate and depend on various factors, including your location and the efficiency of your local postal office. But hey, good things come to those who wait, and we promise it's worth it!

How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy peasy! We've partnered with the ParcelApp, an online application that allows you to track your package every step of the way. Once your order is scanned by our trusty shipping company, the tracking information will start showing up. Just give it 2-4 days, and you'll be able to follow your artful journey to your doorstep.

Why isn't my tracking updating?
Hey, we get it, waiting for updates can be a bit nerve-wracking. But fear not! If your tracking isn't showing information immediately, give it 2-4 days before trying again. Sometimes, it takes a little time for the system to catch up. If your package is already showing information but seems to be stuck, don't worry. It's likely making its way to your country and will update as soon as it's picked up by your local postal office. If you ever have any concerns about your tracking, simply reach out to us at contactus@artintelligenceshop.com, and we'll gladly assist you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to help! If you'd like to modify or cancel your order, just shoot us an
email at contactus@artintelligenceshop.com right after making your purchase. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that once your order is shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancellations. Rolled Prints, Canvases, Framed Prints, and Framed Canvases orders must be canceled within 24 hours. Additionally, orders with Express Shipping cannot be canceled.

Can I change my address?
Of course! We want to make sure your package reaches you at the right place. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at contactus@artintelligenceshop.com immediately after making your purchase. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the address change. Just keep in mind that once your package is in transit, we're unable to modify the address. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local postal office to arrange mail forwarding.

Who pays for customs duties/taxes?
Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipment Policy, it's the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties or taxes. We strive to provide transparent pricing and ensure a smooth delivery experience for you.

I only received one of many products, where are my other products?
No worries! We sometimes ship orders in separate packages to optimize delivery times and meet weight restrictions. If you received one item from your order, rest assured that the rest of your artful treasures are on their way. My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
