Refund and Shipping Policy

Returns

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable.

Please be aware that items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error cannot be returned.

Returns made more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your return. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Items that are rejected for delivery are not eligible for a full refund. These items are returned to us with additional shipping costs incurred by the couriers. The refundable amount will be deducted by this additional shipping cost.

In the case of damaged products, please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Customers must provide pictures of the damage, shipping label, and internal and external packaging. Failure to provide this information may result in a rejection of the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is reflected.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom printing of each item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipment

Our packages are shipped from our partners and manufacturers in the USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong, and China.

Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times are approximate and depend on your country's location, your postal office, and customs practices.

You are responsible for any additional customs taxes or charges imposed by your government or post office.

We ship your item exactly as you provide the address. Once the product reaches the destination country, your local postal office will handle the delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the local postal office for any issues that may arise after the product reaches the destination country.

In order to optimize shipping and delivery times, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. By purchasing, the consignee authorizes ArtIntelligenceShop to import the goods on their behalf. Additionally, the consignee/buyer agrees that ArtIntelligenceShop may delegate the obligation to import
