Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products, and each item is custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for size-related issues or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a print quality issue, we are happy to provide a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Please email us at contactus@artintelligenceshop.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged case, showing the issue, along with the shipping label and packaging.

Failure to provide these photos may result in a denied refund request.

Refund Process

Once we receive your request and verify the damage, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges since each item is made to order. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will issue a refund instead.

Our products ship from partners in the USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong, and China.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (varies by location and postal service).
  • Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country.
