Returns

Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
