Shipping Within the USA:
For our valued customers within the United States, we offer FREE shipping on most orders! Once your order has been produced and is ready for shipment, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days. We have partnered with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery right to your doorstep.

International Shipping:
We understand that our global customers are equally important, and we are thrilled to offer international shipping services. For international orders, we have chosen DHL, a trusted and efficient shipping partner. Your package will be delivered to your international address within 3-8 business days, starting from the day it leaves our warehouse. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and other factors specific to your location.

Tracking Your Order:

Shipping Address:

Returns

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable.

Please be aware that items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error cannot be returned.

Returns made more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your return. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Items that are rejected for delivery are not eligible for a full refund. These items are returned to us with additional shipping costs incurred by the couriers. The refundable amount will be deducted by this additional shipping cost.

In the case of damaged products, please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Customers must provide pictures of the damage, shipping label, and internal and external packaging. Failure to provide this information may result in a rejection of the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is reflected.

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom printing of each item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Our packages are shipped from our partners and manufacturers in the USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong, and China.
